Itinerary; 

1st Day : Arrival in Chiavenna overnight stay ; 

2nd Day : Chiavenna to Isola or Madesimo** 

3rd Day : Isola or Madesimo to Splugen

4th Day : Splugen to Andeer 

5th Day : Andeer to Thusis 

6th Day ; Thusis to Chiavenna (transfer back by bus)

7th Day : Departure to Uk .

The Spluga Pass follows a route on ancient tracks crossing Monte Spluga and into Switzerland. Highlights of the walk include the famous Via Mala,an extremely deep and narrow gorge, the Roffla waterfall and its not all hard work you can relax in the wonderful thermal baths in Andeer . The itinerary starts in the historical town of Chiavenna in Italy and finishes in Thusis in Switzerland with a return to Chiavenna You will experience some of the most spectacular moutain sceneries in the Alps,all on well marked footpaths.

The itinerary can be tailored to your own needs ie extra nights , rest day etc please just contact us for details, our favourite is a stay at the ski resort of Madesimo where you can take the cable car and experience the local walking or mountain biking before continuing on your way to the Spluga Pass.
