2. Make a Provisional Booking We will be delighted to hold a provisional booking while you sort your flight details out.
3. Organise your low -cost Flights Take advantage of the many low - cost deals that are available from your own regional Airports. see Airlines
4. Make a Booking: After confirming availability with us, please forward a booking deposit of £95.00 per person (the booking is not confirmed until we receive your booking deposit.) or pay your deposit Here
by post with cheque or alternatively tel our office with your credit card details.
5. Booking Confirmation Once we have received your deposit or (final payment) we will send you written confirmation.
6. Final Balance Due The final balance is due 8 weeks before departure or ( full payment if travelling within the 8 weeks).
It should be noted that according to UK LAW we are obliged to follow the UK Package Travel Directive if more than accommadation is pre booked with us which specifies that all money paid to Leisure Bella Italia Travel for a holiday must be held in our Client trust account until after your holiday is completed. Thus ensuring your holiday is safe from the moment it is booked with us.
All monies received from clients will be held in Leisure Bella Italia Client Trust A/C (Trustee D.S. Fallows) operated by Abbey Bank. This is to comply, when applicable, with Reg. 20 of The Package Travel, Package Holiday & Package Tour regulations 1992, implementing the 1990 E.C. Directive.
